LeaderEthics is a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting integrity in the American Democracy through ethical leadership practices among elected officials.

We believe ethical leaders are transparent with public information. They share openly and clearly to build trust and accountability.
We believe ethical leaders are unifiers rather than dividers. They bring people together through respect, shared purpose, and collaboration.
We believe ethical leaders are willing to represent the collective interests of their constituency. They put the needs of the whole community above personal or political gain.
